2009 W-2's

W-2's will be available for printing via EZStub no later than Jan. 31st. All current and former employees who worked at Epworth Villa in 2009 are able to log in to EZStub. You can print your W-2 by using any computer that is connected to a printer. See your supervisor if you have any questions.

 

PTO Balances

PTO balance will not show up on Jan. 8th paycheck. That paycheck will only include one 2010 workday. You should see you balance starting Jan. 15th paycheck.
